West Bottoms Whiskey Co. is excited to welcome you to our cocktail parlor featuring craft whiskey cocktails made with our award-winning Kansas City Whiskey, and samples of all our currently available whiskeys.

The Cocktail Parlor offers open seating for walk-in customers, as well as reserved seating for small groups, and special experiences for private events. Our menus includes the most classic of whiskey cocktails as well as “gateway” cocktails designed specifically for the non-whiskey drinker.

Born much too late in the great annals of whiskey history, the Horsefeather is a Kansas native cocktail reengineered for the West Bottoms featuring ginger beer, bitters, and lemon.

Bottoms Boulevardier

The Boulevardier is a lot like the West Bottoms – if you know, you know. We mix ours with Rondo Spritz (AKA the Campari killer), Amaro, and Angostura bitters – finished with blood orange.
